Listen, its not bad. Is it laggy sometimes, yes. Are there bugs, yes. Is it literally day 1 of EA. Y'all really need to realize that. It's literally just a huge public play test. After about 4 hours of play i have only seen 1 game breaking issue where a buddy got stuck in an invisible barrier. I have had no performance issues on a 3700x, 3080 and 32GB after adjusting 1 setting. After the map loaded there was hardly any lag, maybe a stutter here and there but it was overall a good experience. The proxy chat is great, made two friends because of it and we ran together for a while. It's already miles ahead of where Tarkov was when it came out and a few years after, didn't have to wait 5 years for a vaulting mechanic. The injury system is also pretty nice, detailing where your injuries actually are. I have had more laughs and good times in the 4 hours i have played this than i have in the years playing Tarkov. Give the game a shot.

So its Phantasy Star. Some of you remember it from Sega Genesis, some remember it from the Dreamcast, and some remember it from Gamecube, or perhaps, you played Blue Burst on the PC. New Genesis kinda strays from the original a little. There's no more level technique disks, you can't drop items in the field anymore, and other minor things. However the game play it self is rather satisfying. You have your main class and sub class, allowing you to use weapons and techniques from both. So you can really kinda create your own class. You want a sword wielding magic caster....sure, Machine gun using ninja with Daggers, sure. The decision is yours, Early game there's a lot to do to level your character, however once you hit late game, the game comes to a crawl, and thats the worst part about it. Yea there's things to do like Seasonal Events, and Sometimes Limited Time Quests, but thats really it. Only thing i wish is that there was more end game content. Now the bread and butter of this is the character creation. You can literally make ANY kind of character you want and i mean ANY. Theres a paid shop for the current paid Scratch tickets, or you can use your SG for a separate list of items you can acquire to customized your character. From hairstyles, outfits, weapon camo, different eyes, boots, to emotes and different idle animations. It's all here. With all that said, it's very grindy, but not so much. The end game is mostly fashion, and their events are cool sometimes. Pick it up, play it, its free. It also comes with PSO2 original.

Warzone is a broken mess of bugs and crashes. It's odd that every time i have quality gear in the DMZ it crashes. Oh! and the stuttering, don't get me started on the stuttering. Warzone ♥♥♥♥♥ itself at random times like my pediatric grandpa in the nursing home. Maybe after a couple patches it will be ok, but right now, this ain't it chief.

Yes, there are bugs, its early access. You should know this before you even buy it and start complaining about it, this doesn't work or that doesn't work, boo hoo. For what it is, the game really isn't that bad, lots to do, daily missions, quest line, loot to collect, etc. They seemed to have fixed the Crew creation issues. Yes, its Tarkov in space, but it's not at the same time. It's more arcade and straight forward, no injury system, no factions (Bear vs PMC, etc.), simply aim, shoot, crouch, lean controls. All you have to monitor is your health and stamina, which can be replenished by eating food or medical items. The ship aspect is cool, but needs some adjustments, needs more reason to fly around space. Shooting feels ok, could use minor tweaks. There have been times i swear i'm dead on someones head but they take forever to die, the TTK(Time to Kill) seems high, and i don't see any difference in damage output from the different calibers of ammunition. This is just a quick summary, the game has a long way to go. All in all, for just launching, it has plenty of content to keep you going while they work on the bugs and add future content. I also think a $20 Price tag would be more fitting. Enjoy!
