Very DmC like, fun game and the controls flow well during a battle. It is a bit repetitive: following the move forward -> battle arena -> move forward -> battle arena -> hidden chest scheme.

This is supplemented by a great story and fun battles so it is not a negative point necessarily.

If you like roguelikes and FPS games then this is for you.
Best description I can give is a comparison to Dota 2's Frostivus in first person.

Pick a character, queue up, and play through levels upgrading your character's talents and build your style around it for the best results.

Con: something about it seems a bit unfinished.

I bought the playstation 4 when this game came out and it was worth it. Played through it four times total now including this last steam runthrough and I very much recommend this game. Story + gameplay is great as cinematics are not overused. Much of the character/lore progression that would otherwise be included in cinematic scenes is delivered while Kratos is traversing in a tedious or time-consuming way like climbing up a cliff or the side of a building.
Great game 10/10, please bring the next one to Steam already.

A great spin on the rogue-like genre. Craft and upgrade weapons and gear, which stays with you throughout the game, as you pilot the bodies of human prisoners from the POV of a parasitic neural interfacing backpack.
It is tough at the start, but the first achievement we all get lets you know you are supposed to die.

This game is amazing. I really hope an online multiplayer version comes for when I dont have friends over to play. Play this for hours of non-stop laughter.

Don't spend any money on this game. You will be dissappointed with how quickly this game gets boring, it is especially aggrivating now because, although queue times are gone, lag is horrible. I find myself having to relaunch the game every minute or so (if I chose to wait when i get lag, I end up getting a message after 1-2 minutes that I had been disconnected from the server anyway). A lot of times I even end up dieing after lagging. Game servers are not ready. If you want to enjoy this game as much as possible, don't play it.

Such a good game going to waste because no one will play it. Honestly it should be featured in a free week or free weekend, or it should just be free to play.
I remember when this was really popular on xbox arcade, matches are really fun with many people. If this game was free to play, it would be way more popular.

Liked it enough to set up a dedicated server :P
