Who would win:

A game with massive potential and a passionate development team that believe in it? Or corporate greed paired with incompetent management that continuously make the most bone-headed decisions known to man?

Right now it's not the devs.

This game has great gunplay that feels amazing and fluid, and there have been plenty of great moments that will be remembered by everyone who shared them, but the game is sinking faster than the titanic and it's only going to get worse if management can't get their act together. And they won't because greed always wins.

Honestly, as much as this hurts to say, you're better off trying other games. If you want to wait out the last expansion in their 10-year storyline like I am, then don't bother with the Eververse at all and just enjoy Dares of Eternity or something.

Early Access Review
This is hands down the most hilarious game I have ever played and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys lugging heavy objects back to a ship while avoiding horrors beyond mortal comprehension.
Only complaint is that the in game voice is a bit temper-mental in my experience but it's not an issue 9.5/10 times
solid 10/10 would fall to my death, spectate my friend in the ship monitoring the rest of us, hear him say "that's a skill issue" and then watch him be brutally mauled by a giant pitbull named cupcake within 2 seconds of each other again.

As someone who bought a PS2 and PS3 just so I could play some of the older Armored Core games, this is quite possibly the greatest game to ever grace my machine; a (consistent) 60fps mech game where I can make and customise any war machine I so desire and either achieve victory or crash and burn repeatedly until I either win or have to remake my build from scratch and try again. Whether you're a fan of the franchise, or completely new, this game will have something for you.

This game is so good I don't even regret pre-ordering it, which would normally be a mistake in this day and age, but this game delivers; it has everything I wanted and more. Solid 11/10. Would wake the dog up again.

Fun game with great characters and and a lot of depth. Level up, craft good gear, repeat. Play with your friends, play with bots, do both, charge into hordes of ratmen and nurgle worshippers, realise your game difficulty is set to legendary, scream a few profanities, die, yell more profanities, continue to call this one of the best games ever despite the fact you're malding about one of the characters insulting you for using a healing potion when you had 51% health, repeat.

10/10 would get mocked by a dwarf after getting dropkicked by a rat assassin again

Good game with a very large open worldspace to explore. 3 playthroughs in and I still don't know where everything is.

Only thing I dislike is one of the bosses. I won't spoil the boss fight itself but god, George R.R Martin try not to add incest to a story challenge (impossible)

Everything except that specifically is good, 10/10.

5 Easy Steps to playing this accursed game:
1 - Pick one of the many Warframes this game has to offer and then look up builds for that warframe online
2 - Relentlessly grind for mods so you can build almost anything you want anyway (and for endo because you're gonna need it)
3 - Do the story quests to progress and get cool stuff (and lore ig)
4 - Farm standing for factions, unlock relics for prime weapons, and then wait real life hours for your prime stuff to build (up to 72 hours because we don't want you to play a game about being a super fast space weeb TOO quickly)
5 - If your build is incapable of oneshotting Sir Cracknfart Esq. 15th on the "Steel Path" missions (which is just the entire game but bullet sponges and no real difficulty tweak so to speak) then repeat from step 1 until you can.

Side tips: If there's an event that gives you 2x credits going on, buy a credit booster and do a few Low-Investment Index Missions and become a millionaire so you never run out of credits again.

This game is a wonderful, maddening, over-complicated slaughterfest and I am here for it. I've played this game for quite some time and I still have no idea what I'm doing. Let me give you some advice if you're starting though:

- Immediately download Path of Building Community Edition (PoB) so you can plan your character ahead of time. Your first character(s) will typically be another person's build, but that's fine; everybody needs a leaguestarter character.

- Find a leaguestarter build for whatever league is currently running. (This is very important.) They will typically have a URL that you put into PoB and follow along with.

- Hoard as many items as you possibly can. Even normal items because you can sell them for scraps that will become valuable items for your gameplay.

This game is a challenge, and I'd say its made for a certain type of player. There's a lot of numbers, terminology, and some obscure parts that a lot of people won't understand unless they look it up. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it can frustrate some people and turn them away from this game. While I will agree that this game is NOT beginner friendly, it's also a game that gets better the longer you stick with it.

Overall, it's a solid 8/10. Some things need to be better explained for newer players, but the community will usually be able to help you on your journey. There's Twitch streamers that play this game that are more than happy to help new players and answer questions that you have. Do some research, read the wiki, check out the tools available, and see if you'll like it.

I want to start off by saying that this game is actually kinda fun, but here's a few things you should know before you buy it:

- Your choices, for the most part, don't actually matter. Some do, some don't, but most of them usually don't.

- There are 2 factions you can interact with and give territory, but honestly, the game never gave me a good reason to give anything to one of the factions (that I won't spoil here). There were like 2-3 decent characters in that faction and that was it. You'll see if you play it.

- The internet says this game can last for about 30-35 hours if you just do the story. I finished it around 20 hours on normal, and I'm not even good at this game.

Other than those points listed, and the numerous bugs in the game (as of writing this, they have stated they are working on fixing as many as possible, so don't worry too much about the bugs), I can honestly say that this game was still fun, and it still has a metric ton of side-quests and undiscovered locations to comb through. If the story wasn't as short and they didn't plaster "your choices matter" on the game when that only applies to a few of the choices, this title could have been even better.

Solid 7/10. Once they fix the bugs, including the one that doesn't allow me to bind anything to my extra mouse buttons, I'll give it an 8. Let's hope the story DLCs live up to the claim that our choices matter, because as it stands right now, I don't see any of them mattering at all.

A game that offers a sandbox experience in which you can make any space vehicle you desire, from short-ranged escape pods to capitol ships; if you can imagine it, you can probably build it. It's a really decent time-killer and even features multiplayer and workshop compatibility, so yes you can have mods.

One thing to note though, and this is most likely just an issue with my PC (but I haven't confirmed that yet), after I upgraded my PC from having a really outdated CPU (can't remember the exact model but I do know it was an awful intel CPU) to a Ryzen 7 and updating my ram from 8 GB to 32, the game no longer seems to want to run for more than 5 minutes. I can load a world and start building but I can't actually finish building anything because the game will freeze, stop responding, and then eventually I just have to kill the process. My GPU meets the minimum requirements and I run on the lowest graphic settings just to be safe, but despite all of this I can no longer play the game for any decent length of time.

Don't let my experience deter you, though; I most certainly recommend this game and I hope you enjoy it should you choose to buy it, because it is really good fun.
