I am normally a fan of rhythm games, however, this one was just SO awful.

It seems like they tried to mix Tetris, rhythm games, and bejewled. All into one game without regard as to how they should be put together for it to work. Then they just slapped some anime stuff on top of it to at least capture that demographic and called it a day.

The gameplay is just awful, not engaging at all, and just makes me want to leave the game.

The design of the game seems to have 0 thought put in as the way they tried to merge these concepts is just done so poorly that it really feels like you're trying to just keep track of 3 different games going on at one time instead of playing one game that takes 3 concepts and uses them.

All this and I haven't even gotten to mention the sever lack polish to literally everything including the main menu.

10 Second Ninja has some decent ideas, however, the execution falls flat.

The general premise of the game is you have 10 seconds to complete a small level where you jump around to avoid spikes and kill all the robots by shooting throwing stars at them, however, you have a limited supply of them so need to use them wisely.

Sounds like it would be fun. 10 Second Ninja Just doesn't do a good job at creating a fun feel. First off the mechanics of the game feel sloppy. Movement isn't fun, you can only shoot in two directions, and it's just got the feel of a free web browser game you'd play on one of those sites like Armor Games. 10 Second Ninja just really lacks any quality.

Crypt of the NecroDancer is a very innovative game that somehow manages put together Roguelike dungeon games and rhythm games into one well polished and fun game.

So far in my playtime I have found no bugs or issues or really even anything that felt unfair. The rules of the game make sense, are fair, are fun, and still manage to be challenging.

The inclusion of being able to add any song you want to the game really brings this game over the top. On top of that they added support for the steam workshop for mods. Allowing customizability is always something games should do.

Street Fighter V feels like a very well polished and well balanced fighting game. It's due to that great balancing that the game just doesn't feel fun to play. Everything feels very limiting and the same. The game just isn't satisfying to play.

I can fully understand how this is the fighting game of choice for esports, having everything very balanced makes it perfect for that sort of thing. It just feels like the game is lacking. Now this may be because I have not gotten too much time into the game, however, there is more than just this as my complaint.

The constant reminder between every game to buy their DLC and the fact that you can only play as very few people without forking over even more money is just so tiresome. I know that's how most fighting games do things, however, this one went a bit overboard by telling you between every game to buy their DLC. It's just flat out obnoxious.

If you're into fighting games then this game may be for you. It's got a huge esports community and if you're willing to fork over all your money then the ads may go away? Not sure if they will but one would assume as much.

If you're just looking for a casual fighting game to play for fun this is not the one I would recommend.

I have not played many fighting games but out of the ones I have played SOULCALIBUR VI has been the best.

The game for sure is not without it's faults, most notably the shotty net code that drops games a lot, the large amounts of DLC, the match making never matching you with someone of equal skill, and the main menus being ify at best.

The game certainly has some flaws but for as far as fighting games go the combat is quite fun, very very hard to master like most fighting games, but still fun for both people that have mastered it and those who have not. (as long as you're not new and placed against someone who has mastered it which will happen)

Sony Vegas Pro 14 is one of my favorite pieces of video editing software. Sony Vegas Pro 14 is one of the more user friendly video editors and is brilliant for just some simple edits. You are able to do some fairly advanced things, however, I would only use it for simple stuff. Anything complex I go to something that can handle it a bit better. For someone starting out, like I was when I got it originally, I would highly recommend it.

Blender is an amazingly powerful 3D modeling software. It's free and it's on par with others like Cinema 4D and Maya.

It seems that Blender is becoming the more common choice over other 3D modeling software and for good reason.

Not only is it free unlike almost all other 3D modeling software. It has some of the best integration with other software. On top of that it is just as good as the other ones.

Blender is certainly your choice if you're looking to 3D model!

I have only played the Multiplayer so this is not a review for the single player. If you're looking to buy this game just for single player please skip past this review.

Call of Duty: WWII is one of the better CoD games. I personally am not a big fan of buying every cod game as they all feel quite similar, however, this one did have a bit more of a different feel than some of the others. (Currently I have played BO1, BO4, MW2, and MW 2019). CoD WWII seemed to do a lot of things differently, however, they were all mostly welcomed by me.

One of my favorite things that CoD WWII did which I feel more games should do that others may disagree with was the headquarters. I love taking away the more gamey stuff and finding ways to still have it's function with a more immersive setting. On top of that they made it multiplayer so now your main menu is immersive and you can mess around with your friends in it. It's certainly not an original concept, however, CoD WWII did a very good job implementing it. As a game designer I really appreciate this and will certainly take some inspiration from it in the future.

Only thing this game is missing that I would have loved to see is cross platform compatibility like the CoD MW 2019 has.

Rocket League is a very well polished a good looking game. The sound tracks are great! Everything is put together very very well. There are some people that enjoy this game quite a lot and I can totally understand why.

With that said, I personally do not find the game enjoyable at all. The main issue I have is just that the gameplay does not feel good to play. It feels almost impossible to accurately control the ball with such a clunk and oddly moving car.

Everything else about the game is great, I just find the actual gameplay unfun. There are plenty of others that would disagree with me and tell me to git gud and that's fine. If you enjoy it then go ahead and play! It's a wonderfully polished game. I personally just do not enjoy the gameplay mostly because of how the control of the ball feels clunky. It is for sure something you can get used to just like everything but it won't change what it is.

That and I am just not a fan of soccer.

Early Access Review
Quake Champions is a VERY fun game but it is not without it's massive pit falls. The gameplay is fantastic. The overall quality of everything is great despite a few things that makes it apparent that it is an early access game.

The biggest downfall that this game has is that there are very few people playing it. It takes forever to find a game because of this and you sometimes can't find one depending on what time of day you're playing.

The game is quite hard to master so if you're new to Quake you will get die over and over again getting close to no kills. Because of this the game hardly ever gets new players to keep it alive. This is obviously an issue because it is causing the game's player numbers to dwindle, however there really is no simple solution. To make the game easier would be to take away a MASSIVE part of what makes Quake Quake (This game has already started to take away massive parts of what makes Quake Quake debatably). Some of the most fun in this game comes from how hard it is to master.

The game is certainly a good one and I would highly recommend it if you're willing to take a lot of time being killed to learn how to play and if you're willing to bare with the lower player numbers.
