How do I silence my mind?
I think before I talk. Which works excellently when I'm talking with my peers. But I can't silence my thoughts for people who are above me. I should have a right to have my thoughts to myself. I don't want my mother listening to my thoughts. I don't want my proffesors to judge me because of the things I think of. I can't bear that. What if I got in trouble for an inappropriate thought that randomly crossed my mind? I need to develop my mind into keeping a constant silent state. Nobody could hear my thoughts when I was a kid. I need to go back to having my mind like that. I couldn't find anything on Internet about it. So I will ask here.
