I'm going to be honest with you all, I played this game cause my friend kept pestering me about how much it reminded them of me. I played it and, its probably one of the best games I've ever played. Definitely the most memorable and touching. The game can drag sometimes during the middle, sometimes all I wanted to do was get to the next story beat, but yet each part of the game is so charming in its own way its honestly remarkable. I remember so many characters and did so many quests. I still haven't gotten all the endings but I do plan to

Long story short, this game is a masterpiece despite a few flaws and I would recommend it to really anyone. Regardless of if you relate to it or don't, it can really open your eyes. Maybe even you can escape this dream (:

I have a lot of memories of this game over the years. I still remember getting it on my switch for the first time and obsessing over the crazy vegan girl only because she had blue hair. Now I obsess over the rock eating purple haired girl because she has purple hair. The world changes, people dont.

Made the America Wall across the continent and then slowly conquered everyone until I lost last second to diplomatic victory. I no longer have diplomatic victory activated since.

Its okay but like, just play etterna or Osu Mania? Like, what does Quaver provide beyond these two besides a slightly more in depth options menu, somewhat iffy charting, and so many bugs. I actually am just unable to play this game due to its insistent lag and freezing half the time. I have tried everything in settings to fix it yet this game always manages to lag compared to Osu or Etterna. Im personally an Osu Mania player and the hit detection difference just feels strange, like it feels off. I originally started with Quaver and moved to Osu as well so this isn't even that biased, I genuinely just didn't like how it felt and preferred mania once I found it. I recommend anyone else trying it out first to go try the other two before sticking with this.

Neo Cosmos basically costs the same as the game itself, which seems a bit insane for DLC but MY GOD IS IT WORTH IT. Each level is so charming and the new features are unique and interesting. Hold notes add so much, triple feels like a power trip until you realise the level design is about to get hard, and just the overall experience was charming and fun. If you liked ADOFI you'll love this, if you didn't idk go play tf2 or smthn then.

Great game thats very fun. The standard levels feel a bit barren after neo cosmos but theres quite a few goodies and the multiplayer levels are fun. Provided me with a lot of fun despite being a bit short :>

Gonna be honest, its a solid game for the price and will give you quite a fair amount of fun, but it certainly can get quite stale. Its probably just not my thing but I did try really hard to like it. The nonexistent updates is quite depressing as well but I wont bash it as the sheer creativity of the community keeps it alive. My only real note is if anyone is a fellow rhythm gamer like me, this is NOT a rhythm game and if you treat it like one you will get rather frustrated instead. If you want a punishing yet simple rhythm game, get a dance of fire and ice.

This game was what got me into roguelikes and its still amazing. I love coming back and doing a few runs here and there to this day. I cant believe the developers still provide free updates as well. The things like 10 bucks, you'd be crazy not to pick this up. My only complaint is that theres no multiplayer, but if the game had that then well there would be no competition this would become one of my all time favourite games.
