Amazing follow up after Imposter Factory (which honestly I found a little disappointing in terms of mood and what little it added to the overall story). Thought it would be small and insignificant like the minisodes and just exist as a fun little side project but I was very wrong and the heart wrenching ending will leave you speechless especially for fans of the series. The soundtrack is good, most of the songs are remixes but a lot of them are great and the new songs are really good too! Only negative I could say is there are a few pop culture meme references though thankfully not as bad as Imposter Factory. Overall worth every penny! Can't wait for the next in the series!

Used to think it was a fine game back when it was good but has become a boring grind fest with a community that will constantly scream at you if you're not playing like top ranked players. When I played this game again I realized it turned from a concept with so much potential to a soul sucking pay to win shell of its former self. Not to mention the company this game is attached to doesn't care about you nor the harrasment victims in their own company. This game is not the Overwatch you knew and loved.

Want a game that's super boring and will beg you for money while you're team screams at you because you wasted an ult, this is it.

Want a game made from passionate developers with a community that helps you grow and become better? Play something else.

Support good developers by buying and playing their games.

This game was completely ridiculous but at the very least a good waste of time.

This one is definitely better than To The Moon. It expands more on the characters that weren't really expanded in To The Moon pre-updates. I'm guessing Kan didn't add that much to the base TTM game because he probably didn't know if it would be that good, however, I am glad it was popular enough to start a series off of because it was a good game. This story is a lot more tear-jerking than the last one so be prepared for that because it hits you out of nowhere. The soundtrack is good but To The Moon had it better, I'm not saying Finding paradise's soundtrack was bad just that To the Moon' s is better. The reason I say Finding Paradise is better though is because it expands on the characters and Sigmund Corp. in general because the protagonists never really had any real lore behind them. They were just personalities with an end goal. In this game however, their stories are expanded, which I appreciate. The characters this time around are a lot more likeable the characters in TTM weren't bad but some made decisions that you just couldn't agree with. My main gripe with this game though is the same as the last one, the plot points that were introduced in the TTM minisodes still aren't elaborated in this one. They are mentioned but you don't get any background on why it exists it's just....there. It's like waving a carrot in your face, you want answers but you don't know if you'll ever get any. Overall, if you don't really care much for the expanded universe in the game then it's still worth it. Even if you care it's still worth picking up just don't expect any questions to be answered from the previous game.

Short but sweet story driven RPGish game? I use RPG loosely because it's not really a game more like an interactive story, the game elements come from light puzzle solving and scavenger hunts, that's pretty much it. However, it's not really trying to be a game so I can forgive it for that. Where the game really shines is it's story, characters, and music. The story is pretty darn good! Most of the time when something important happens it gives you time to take it in by taking control away from the player and keeping the camera focused on what it wants to show. I respect that stuff because for some moments you will need time to take them in, the art is gorgeous too. The character's are presented decently in this game, you got the usual comedic relief, person to condemn said comedic relief, person who takes things seriously but is imperfect, and shy person. It's how they interact with each other though that really gives that charm I won't spoil anything but I'd recommend checking it out. The soundtrack is amazing! Great works that I keep listening to over and over again your ears will be blessed when you play this. One negative I have with the series in general is that since it became a series of games it now introduces plot that is never explained not even in the later titles. It is quite annoying because some of this plot and development wasn't added until years after with the minisodes and the added post-ending to the game and it seems like they only exist to add more questions. I know it builds hype but when nothing is revealed about these plot points it just seems like it was thrown in there with no real end goal. Overall, I still recommend it if you're just into something to take your mind off things and experience a good story with some fantastic music.

Went to Mars, grabbed a shotgun, shot a bunch of demons then ripped their hearts and eyes out. Absorbed a floating ball which made me destroy everything in my path. Got a bunch of figurines that look just like me. Then i went home and played this game, wasn't that bad, would absorb floating balls again 101/10.

I bought the pc version for Chrono trigger because the SNES mini didn't have it and I didn't want to emulate it because I wanted to support the developers of this amazing game. So I found the PC version, bought it, and started playing it. I played it after patch #1 and I thought it was a disaster. The pc port was mostly meant for a mouse but I know me and many other people liked playing Chrono Trigger with a keyboard or a controller. This review is after patch #2 and I can definitely say that they really improved a lot wrong with the pc port. The old pc port was obviously just the mobile version that was put on the pc and you had to pay $5 extra. Now they're trying to improve it for people who like playing Chrono Trigger with a keyboard/controller and for people who like playing it with a mouse.

Let's talk about Chrono Trigger only. Just forgetting about the port and only the game. One word, masterpiece. The story is amazing, the characters have so much depth and development, and finally, outstanding soundtrack. The game builds up this main antagonist who makes everyone tremble in fear and he does look threatening and is built up well. Even his cry gives me goosebumps. The game game even has mechanics to where the things you do in the past affect the future. Definitely my favorite rpg ever no matter what port it's on.

Positives
+it's Chrono Trigger!
+has the ps1 animated cutscenes (I will never get bored of the opening animation)
+has a good UI for keyboard/controller and mouse
+Still looks like the SNES version

Negatives
-Cannot edit the odd controls they chose(you kind of can but it only switches some of the keys around)
-it looks obvious that they took the mobile version and plastered it on the pc, there are some issues on the pc where it'll show things that was obviously meant for mobile

Overall, it's an amazing game on a decent port (in the state that it's in right now). However, I'm glad the people who made this port are patching it up and doing it frequently. They keep their promises and even though the port wasn't very good when I bought it, I think it was still a good buy because I'm supporting them. Even though the port was rushed I still encourage everyone to buy the game so they can support good game developers like these. These guys definitely deserve the "best game developers that are never spoken of" award like Naughty dog or Respawn Entertainment. It seems like instead of trying to make a quick buck and selling a bad port, they're trying to fix the not so good product they sold you so that you got your money's worth. Overall amazing company and amazing game! Absolutely deserves my money!

Fixed the key mapping issue I had so now you can switch the controls to whatever you please and something I didn't mention was that I was sad that you couldn't replay cutscenes, Now you can! I can't wait to see what they do next, if there's anything I'd love for them to have next is a complete SNES mode where it's exactly like the original. Keep going strong guys!!!
