Should we expect a Russian translation on the September 20 release?

On bootup of the game, it enters fullscreen and starts flickering/strobing to the point of photosensitivity + the mouse cursor severely lags to the point I accidentally chose a different language option on the first startup. I'm not sure if the sound was working properly either-seems like it was lagging alongside the game. Tried uninstalling and re-installing but both issues won't seem to go away (plus I'm playing in a different language lol). I saw there were a few other users who experienced this issue ...

She comes off as an emotionally underdeveloped, codependent character who literally can't live without Neil. While I did enjoy the stark depiction of her pitiful condition, I'm not a fan of that characterization. Really hoping Last Hour RPG will depict her in a different light....
