Best who dunnit I've played. Very original, with beautiful writing, setting, and story.

I loved the game when it first came out, I was one of those lucky ones with very little issues, and had kept my hype low, so from the aesthetics, to the acting, to the gameplay was good for me. Now, though, after so many quality of life changes and improvements, it almost seems like a different game, in a good way!

There's nothing I can say to make justice how much I love this game. A true revolution to how cRPGs should be.

Not a perfect game, but still very enjoyable. Nostalgia of playing with some of ou fav characters, and seeing Sephiroth, is a big plubs.

More of the same from the last two games, but better.

I would like to say not recommended. The game is full of grinding and boring side quests, but re-living my fave anime chapter by chapter, being able to transform into Super Saiyan, and gain new powers is annoyingly addictive. Battles are well paced, and animations are of very good quality.

Any fan of the anime will love the game, other people... maybe not so much.

Music and specially graphics are fantastic. The aesthetics, animations, cutscenes... are of a sublime level. However, the dialogues are boring, most characters have no personality whatsoever, or just plain stupid. The story starts well, with plenty of programming/computing references but quickly becomes convoluted with lack of proper explanations, attempting a to be grandiose, sarcastic, self-guessing the future etc.

BUT, and it's a big but, the worst part of the game are the puzzles/mechanics. A lot of pixel hunting, not logical solutions and VERY SLOWLY walking between locations that are very far away.

One of the best Graphic Adventures that I have played recently. The story is funny, and captivates enough to continue playing. The puzzles, albeit quite smiple [except one that drove me crazy] are well thought and integrated with the game. The animations and aesthetics are sublime too.

I loved the music and the detailed explanation of various objects.

I'm a sucker for vampire games (pun intended) and Vampyr is with no doubt a very good game. It has many flaws but considering it wasn't an AAA budget one can forgive the little gaps in the script, the somehow difficult and at times tedious battles. The story, the aesthetic, the music and some of the conversations are definitely a winner in a pro/con list.

Finished the game on Linux, with great performance and no issues at all. Also played with Steam Link for the most part, with fantastic results as well.

The game story is great, albeit somewhat not well grabbed in some parts. Perhaps more lore, side stories and the bad people motives better developed, or explained, would have helped.

The puzzles, however, are few and quite simple. The game is more of an interactive film than a classic adventure. Not a big deal, but I thought of mention it as I would have liked to know if before playing it.

All in all, though, a nice experience.
