当游戏检测到破坏性玩家时，游戏开发者将通知 Valve，然后 Valve 会对该玩家的帐户实行游戏封禁。 游戏开发者全权决定是否实行游戏封禁。 Valve 只是按游戏开发者的指示执行封禁。
