INGREDIENTES
3 bananas
1 limão (sumo)
1 chocolate preto 70% de cacauPingo Doce Pura Vida
3 morangos desidratados
1 c. de sopa coco ralado
1 c. de sopa manteiga de amendoim 100%
2 c. de sopa granola
PREPARAÇÃO
1. Descasque as bananas e regue-as com o sumo de limão.
2. Derreta o chocolate no microondas.
3. Cubra duas das bananas com o chocolate derretido. Polvilhe uma delas com os morangos, previamente triturados, e a outra com o coco ralado.
4. Barre a terceira banana com a manteiga de amendoim e polvilhe com a granola.
5. Leve ao frio até servir.
6. Antes de servir, corte as bananas em fatias para obter a forma de sushi.
