Being a Recruiter has its perks: you'll be in a sort of administrative position, and you get games as payment. However, it's not a responsibility to be taken lightly. The way it works is: I'll constantly be updating the member quota needed, in order for the recruiters to get payed. For example, I might say, "Once we reach 1,000 members, all the Recruiters will receive (some game) as a gift." You may resign from your position at any time, but will not be payed for a quota that has not been reached. If I suspect you're not doing your job, you'll need to convince me otherwise, or you'll be denoted from your position. Also, being a Recruiter does not make you a Moderator or an Officer. It is a position that will be managed by me, not by Steam's source code.
