It`s about making great things for some rare sort of people, i am saying about noobies theese mostly hated tiny creatures are getting rarer everyday! There are few ways to make that specie survive.

you have to do not call him noobie because he might train and become better player (OH NO) but he shouldn`t be a better player! He should be a butter player

third one

give him little advices like don`t rush on this map or take this gun , why? because noob will remain noobie but a bitt more skilled and that will make him not iritated( because if he will get iritaded of no progress he will try to become a skilled player) And the most important thing- try to kill him sometimes to make it`s skill stop growing.
