This group is made only for slow paced and well organized tactical gameplay, where each round one player is the team leader and has total control over the other team members in the operation, giving the straight orders and trying to lead them to the sucess and completion of the diverse objetives.

The team leader role is rotative or totally voluntary, and the other squad members MUST obey the orders with no doubt, even if its a risk for their lives.
In that way, we want to stuck to pure realism roleplaying.

We play with very basic but effective orders, simple commands for the easy understanding of all players, avoiding any kind of confusion and promoting a funny but realistic gameplay.
