TwitchBacklog, that's strange. Try validating game cache? Or extracting the .rar and running the game .exe (outside of .rar or zip file)

That error happens when the game is trying to access a file

RollersOfTheRealm folder I have steam_api.dll, SteamworksNative.dll, and XInputInterface.dll. In rollers_Data/Mono I only have a mono.dll and an etc/ folder.

It definitely looks like steam_api.dll is responsible for providing the game with at least some of its unintended bandwidth. I've noticed it showing up in several Steam games' install directories now

The editor application, the app with the castle that is named "RPGVXAce" the one you use to edit the game, is missing for my main game. When I try to find the other "RPGVXAce" copies that I have
