I'll bite, why do you think SPAA cannot spawn in Realistic Battles, specifically the Ground RB you are complaining about?

And how are you convinced enough about it to be calling others idiots?

Not to mention the premise of the thread is wrong. Spawn protection applies equally to all damage from any opponent.

I know that the Souls genre has cultivated a community of hardcore aficionados, but are you really that upset that you aren't getting murdered during the stand-up animation anymore? Or angry that healing pots take a little less time to use now, so you're less likely to be interrupted trying to restore some health? Or that the game is adding an option to respawn in front of the boss arena instead of ten minutes back at a shrine?

I always thought that the Souls genre was about tough but fair combat against powerful foes, not needless tedium and cheapness. These changes don't irk me at all.

I completely agree that the flask healing should have been changed, as well as the character's animation when getting up from the ground, and that's about it. However, the game seems to have become easier, and the mobs are less challenging.

Boar are night only spawns? I've seen plenty of them in the Burnt Forest during the day.
Double checked and seems to be one of those depends on biome things, so I stand half-corrected. :D

They are in the enemy_animal groups (vs. wildgame groups) and burnt biome does use them in both day and night groups
Forest boar = night
Burnt = day and night
Desert = night only
Snow = not included
Wasteland = not included

Ah okay, that makes sense.
That's why the Pine Forest biome seems to have much less of the bigger game.
