From what I observed, quests are not a priority for the developer now. If there will be a change, then not soon. Now the main mechanics are being developed and this is not the time to polish the content.

Ok how do I raise my renown quickly without them? I hadn't noticed and I want to get troops dammit.

if you use "horde mod" desactivate the stay bodies because that makes the zombies dissapear if its other think is your mods

There are official hardcore servers with 1st person and with 3rd person. I agree this is a good solution. Personally I prefer 3rd person, but if someone prefers 1st person, there should be more servers for that outside hardcore. This way 3rd person players don't get gimped by trying to balance the game with 1st person.

There'd probably more playing in 1st person if this game had a natural feeling FPP and a more realistic PoV. In Scum your head's attached in front of your rip cage for some reason.

Yes, the 'campaign' in Hex of Steel refers to the linked scenarios :)
Standalone are standalone, and don't have any link between one another, more freedom etc
