Взломали акк и приняли трейд, где украли некоторые вещи. Куда писать, чтобы как можно быстрее вернули трейд и заблокировали мошеннический аккаунт. Я искал, но нигде какой-то нормальной ссылки не нашёл, где можно связаться с поддержкой

Если сгенерирован апи ключ, то срочно удали. Выйди со всех устройств, поменяй пароль, проверь входы на почту.
Если качал какое то расширение или на скам рулетках логинился, то срочно после всех операций отвяжи и залогинь по новой стим гуард, потому что если украден сессионный токен, то даже смена пароля не поможет.

Can you please implement an Invite code function? like a console player would create a lobby, share the code to one of their friends, and they would join, rather than setting up an epic games account which i think its BS in my opinion

Get that 5500x3D depends at what price though... a 5700-5800 might be better if they are considerably cheaper but since what you care about is improving gaming performance first and foremost... any 3D chip will be better for that.

NPC doesn't have skill is totally false. You can check your competitors in races and you can clearly see they have skills.
