Complaining here does nothing. If you have a genuine issue with moderation, contact them. We cannot provide you with answers, because we aren't mods and we don't work for Steam.

I have already agreed the user should have copped a ban, too bad they didn't. Contact Steam Support and then move on.

Don’t talk to me like I don’t know how to click “Contact Support.” I already did....twice......and both tickets were closed instantly as a “non-issue.” That’s exactly why I’m pointing out the problem here: the system lets racist garbage sit, bans the people who respond, and then brushes off tickets when you raise it. Acting like I’m the idiot for noticing that just makes you look like you’re fine with it.

I was talking to you like that because I hadn't yet seen an admission from you that you did actually do this, hence why I brought it up several times. Unfortunate they closed it, twice. I don't agree with it, but that's the reality and there's nothing you, I or anyone else here can say that's going to change this.

You may not like it, but you've gotta move on. Avoid those comments in the future, report them and don't waste your breath engaging with them at all. You wanna beat the system that doesn't work as well as it should? Use the advice I've just given you and you'll never cop a ban for it again.

This is my last response in this thread, because I think I've covered everything I can. Question my motives if you wish, I've already acknowledged the other user should be banned and what you can also do to avoid this scenario again in the future.

If the Black Dragon leadership is jailed then the raids do stop. Their bounties aren't sufficient to keep them in jail forever, though, so eventually they'll be released and the raids will restart again.

I tried reinstalling the drivers after using DDU to clear the current drivers. In fact, I also did a full reinstall of Windows. Neither fixed the issue.

It seems I've been put in some kind of low priority queue for leaving too many games. Matchmaking takes forever and I see same players over and over again. Does anyone know if this thing is permanent and I won't be able to play normally ever again?
