Ask people from your area if they can get online. If not, the hired servers close to your area may be down... happens from time to time in different regions. i had problems at launch where I could connect for minutes then get kicked off, unless I find a match, then I got kikcked after the match (rematch screen), by the time, I could only reach 3 servers in "america 3" region(south america)...
