Just noticed some retro inspired games from the late 80's to 90's seem to have a Boomer Shooter tag...should that actually be a GenX shooter not a boomer?

Tbh you have a lot of games that cancel out the things you talk about. Many of them are generally fetishistic or glamorise things that you keep preaching are bad.

And you have 800 odd hours in them. So you spent 800 hours listening to Monika, hmm. And all the Neptunia games.

Which is some nice taste but uh, kinda contradicting what you say?

Agreed. I mean look at AbyssAmiss, saying that they expect, and welcome the game crashing. Lol, brother, you are apart of the problem not the solution when you sit here and praise and expect games to be broken on release. This is not Beta, Closed Alpha, or anything testing of the sort, this was release/launch.

The fact that the game is launched with Memory Leaks and crashes, makes the game unplayable, I don't think anyone buys a game for it to be unplayable. The point is to be atleast playable, hell bugs, glitches, sound errors, graphical glitches- I can accept those as long as the game is not in a game broken state. So long as those mistakes are not GAME BREAKING.

When players who put out several thousand dollars, put the knowledge and know-how, and still crash in 2025 is wild. There's plenty of games out there right now that are NOT BROKEN on release.

And I would have to concur with you, Cyberpunk really lowered a lot of people standards.
