Here's the thing, i'm a life long fan of this series and the soulless troglodytes who make this product won't care what I have to say anyway, because I've already given them their money. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ embarrassment. It took me a long time to come to this conclusion, but it's finally set in. This IS NOT a sequel to the sparking series. This is another lazy, minimum effort waste of your time and money. This game actually ASKS YOU TO WASTE YOUR PERSONAL FREE TIME IN TIME OUT. I am a human being. I am not allowing a video game to force me to spend my free time in ANY specific way. If you think its "fair" that a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ VIDEO GAME that I payed 70 DOLLARS for can force me to BURN my own personal free time is INSANE. The world is becoming such a horrifically dark place that people think its acceptable for not only games to steal from you and under deliver but to also DICTATE HOW YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME. The developers did not ask themselves, "How can we make a sequel to THE MOST POPULAR, COMPREHENSIVE AND SUCCESSFUL 3D ARENA FIGHTER RELEASED after 17 years?" They asked themselves, "how little effort can we put in and get away with it?" First off, this roster doesn't even include characters that were released in xenoverse 2. Before the game was even released, they assigned characters that are already in xenoverse 2 as DLC for this game. They removed the entirety of the original dragonball roster and GUTTED the GT roster. May I remind you that in a sequel to budokai tenkaichi, THEY REMOVED CHARACTERS. I'll say it again. In the 17 year long sequel to the most comprehensive dragon ball z game ever released, THEY REMOVED CHARACTERS FROM THE ORIGINAL ROSTER. I don't care what kind of mental gymnastics that you can do to make this alright to yourself, but that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unacceptable. I can't convince you deserve more from a multi million dollar enterprise STEALING from you but if you don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about art, or standards or even just the belief that you don't belong on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leash at the end of every corporations chain of excuses and apologies as to why they can ♥♥♥♥ you and get away with it (people with bad taste giving money to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ products) then i can't help you. no one can. anyway there's that, then let's see, they removed maybe half the maps even leaving out maps that are in their other games, classic staples like hell, destroyed earth, frieza's ship, the lookout, the arctic and im sure there's more. again, this is completely unacceptable. 17 years. to release with LESS maps. im baffled. the story mode is patheticly short strung together by frustrating to skip slide show cutscenes. some of you are putting yourself in the cuck chair AGAIN right now saying "but dragonball z kakarot just released, the story mode is super in depth!" listen, you empty headed cow, the idea that you should have to buy TWO of a corporations products because one completes the other instead of idk... both of them being comprehensive titles in their own right is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic. were you dropped as a child? GROW SOME ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BALLS. Once you beat the story and try out the sad excuse for tournament modes and borderline unplayable custom missions there is NOTHING here. heres a question for yourself, how come ranked mode is the only mode that has its own que search? how come I cant pay 70 dollars for a game, press a few buttons and get into casual matchmaking? because this game says ♥♥♥♥ YOU. this game says ♥♥♥♥ YOU I OWN YOU I WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOU WILL THANK ME AND PRAISE ME. Obviously this review is written with a certain spite and you'd be 100% correct. I am furious. Everywhere around me I see the complete degeneration of life as we know it and full grown adults are running around PLAYING PR for corporations. If you EVER catch yourself trying to think of reasons why its okay for corporations to steal from you, to deliver to you half baked, under cooked products and ask you for full price AND MORE to help fill out their empty unfinished game, then look yourself in the mirror dude. Because you're a cuck. Anyway, unfortunately this ♥♥♥♥ is not worth your time. Their marketing campaign really did a number and they got their money, so it doesn't matter now. If people do not take a stand, and draw a line. And demand that corporations give us what we pay for then they will take more and more and more. I regret purchasing this game and I ask you to find art. Genuine art. Find devs that actually value your time. That feel the need to reward for purchasing their game. Not punish you. To give you value for your money. To give you everything you should have, plus a little more for a fair price. Not the companies that are literally postponing the development of characters that have been released in their previous titles so that they can charge you for them later. Bandai, Toei whoever. You are soulless worms. You pushed the envelope too far and you've lost a customer. Not that you give a ♥♥♥♥ about your customers or your work. Hopefully someday soon this giant bloated franchise will collapse and you talentless hacks will have to actually WORK for you money. Like I do every damn day. TRYING TO GET ME TO SPEND MY TIME OFF OF WORK IN YOUR UNFINISHED ANIME FIGHTING GAME. Have you lost your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind? Kill yourselves.

Someone posted/commented here the other day claiming one of her cocktails grants a duration of automatic parries and so you just auto parry Heolstor and stance break him over and over again. Should be free, albeit a knowledge check.

I tried this in the previous run. I had a seal with Lightning Spear and some holy-infused scythe. I am not sure when it is useful for me. I can dodge entire phase 1.

My skill issue is with his Cover of Darkness, as I am used to skip this with Wylder`s ult or charged heavys. IronEye can close distance with his skill as well. With Recluse I am just dying while running to hit him.

You can't just run in a circle to avoid that attack? Like wait a bit, then sprint in a circle.
