This machine has been annoying me since 2042. Although I agree that they should be "on base", but not all. 1-2 armored. 1-2 fast. 1-2 tanks. Helicopters, etc.

The relevant part is in the second post by BenWah in that thread and requires a bit of downloading 3rd party software, file juggling and renaming of launcher files. This is needed (apparently) to use Mods but it says that it can re-enable the alt/tab function for Steam Overlay. Whether or not any actual mods need to be installed for this to work is outside of my knowledge.

A simple(?) alternative to all of this would be to open Steam, allow it to run in the background (minimized) and use the "Window" key to access your toolbar then click on the Steam icon to swap to Steam with the game minimized.

What you do is, of course, up to you and is your choice as this is not a recommendation from me. It's just a bit of information that I found on your behalf is less than 30 seconds time right here in the forums.

i have reached lvl 5 but i don't get anything.. some of them get set,.. is this bug or someone say somthing

To clarify, I wasn't crashing at all in-game. I had some time off work so I dumped like 20 hours into this. Ran great without a single crash until this morning.

Now I get the small anticheat startup splash for a few seconds, then it loads into the full-screen splash with the animated loading icon at the bottom center of the screen. Then it crashes before reaching main menu.

SAME SET TRADE:
I do not trade less then 1:1+1 (2:2+1 is fine with me) BUT if there is no significant value deviation/gap between the cards you want to exchange then the supplementary card can come from ANY SET, NO MATTER ITS VALUE (even Counter Strike or low cards from a 15 cards set will do as a + 1 card)

That isn't available anymore. There is only the Hero Siege 1 thing that gave the 32bit error and this openbeta thing isn't in the list. Thanks for trying, but I've given up on playing it. Seems like this isn't the only BS thing the developers did to the game in the last 3 years, so I don't have any interest in troubleshooting a piece of garbage.

Same reason when you buy a car you'd be confused if you had to pay for it again after 8 years. Same with any of the other games you have purchased.

Also, I paid when it was launching as did many of us. Not 8 years ago.

Its not about paying money, its about having to buy the same thing that should be free on steam or have steam keys generated for the people who paid.

A $20 game simply is not a car. What about buying GTA on Rockstar launcher and then having to buy it again on Steam if you want it there? Or any of the other games that have been doing the same for ages? Or having to buy gas for your car even if you spent the money buying the car because without gas it's just useless? That's the correct comparison to $20 issues, not anything costing thousands.

I bought the Founder's pack not to own some predatory F2P game, but to support a game that I knew I wanted to play early and got 800h+ of fun from it on Tempo launcher already. Now that it's on Steam and the monetization models is much more friendly I'm even happier that I did back then because I know I'll get 100s of hours of more fun here.

Calculate price per hour of fun playtime instead of what you paid a year ago and it will make much more sense. Some $60 "AAA" game might give you <100h in which you played it through and after that it's worthless. The Bazaar just keeps giving you new experiences every patch and game for a long time.

Is weapon/armor durability something I have to worry about? It's one of the main reasons I cant get into games like Diablo.

I think many maybe misunderstanding his point. As you you play the game, you end up acquiring a lot of stuff. After a short while, you end up with a lot of nanites and cash. Some additional 'money/nanite' sinks would be welcome for many of us. Once I have a lot of both, what that does, at least for me, is that it reduces the challenges that keep me interested. For example, the new dynamic of upgrading my settlement to 'S' was a welcome addition. I can't speak for others, but after building a base, getting my desired Freighter, fitting that out and getting all the different colored Squid and then Royal ships and then filling my MT slots with Alien types.... It is always nice to find some new challenge. Some want to visit every galaxy, some want to build the biggest most fantastical base, others want something else. Why is it wrong to want other new things. Saying that they are wrong or that they should play other games seems a bit....... well you know.
