I wouldn't be so sure, SE and Shift Up already collabed to bring NieR into Nikke twice.
Now, there's ten football fields difference Nikke x NieR and Stellar Blade x FFXIV, but they've worked together before.

Stellar Blade is also pretty light on fanservice compared to Nikke... which really says more about Nikke, because Stellar Blade is painfully horny. Yet you can have 2B on Nikke.
That said, the sex appeal Shift Up is known for would need to be toned down lots to get on 14. But a Nikke Y'shtola would go crazy.



I think it would be cool, and I can't think of any major barriers beyond that its probably just pretty far down the list of crossover ideas.

To be honest the Nier collab in Stellar blade came more from Yoko Taro than SE itself. The guy seems to be given huge amount of freedom on what he does as can be see with him promoting Metaphor Refantazio which had nothing to do with SE, to the point on being in their promotional videos.

I don't doubt it, he's downbad for 2b and loved nikke'd 2b lol

But Yoko Taro is still part of SE, and he definitely didn't do the entire crossover himself, so I think it stands to reason they can just fire up a cold grill again, so to speak.

If you have that much time and will to put into this game, and you want to win as much as possible, then you should ask if what you are doing is optimal.

I suggest you do the following:

Download a mod that lets you practice against Nightlords. Grind their patterns until you can do them hitless without too much trouble. This way you should almost always win, because you eliminate the randomness (loot and random teammates) from the equation.

This game doesn't really let you practice. So even after 600h, if you play this game as inteded, you only have so much experience in the part that actually matters.

me, I kept my preorder, and refunding it now is getting back a bit of money I haven't missed for years, if the game is awful, won't be the only one in my library. And you do get all thee clan DLC if ya hung on to the preorder.

Just one of those things - either fire and forget on the purchase to try and keep hype low, or wait until post release and possibly suffer a smidge of FOMO if it's good.

On the plus side - it's hard to top the most outrageous example of "games stuck in dev hell, and launching bad"; "Duke Nukem : Forever" though I still play it once in a blue moon lol

People who complained about the hammer are crazy. Do they not heard of the term "banhammer"?

You going to do a wipe? My squad has 1425 blocks of concrete that we've spent every day since release to create. Wiping the map without a significant update is going to make people quit. The population is already really low. There are other games out there we could spend our time on that don't delete our progress after a month of release.

They're being way too conserative not letting us just have ONE T8 sealed affix with one primordial item. It's actually trash design to tell players that they're going to have to choose which of the very limited new content they get to interact with on their character. You should want literally every character to want to interact with all of your new content.

Perfectly min-maxed VK Autobomber can't even do Uber Abby anymore after the leech fix and skill nerfs. I need the T8 affix on top of the primordial ring or relic that's relevant for the build to stand a chance.

I doubt I was the only one asking for an early Hard Mode unlock, but the fact that they actually did it after I posted about it gives the impression they do listen to the community. The game works really well and I hope it only gets better, especially on the Switch side of things if possible.

Some content updates would be great too, but to be honest, the game is already good as is in terms of content. They really nailed the game’s pace.
