I played Civs 1-5 and did well. I've tried Civ 6 multiple times and cannot find my feet. Latest time out I was aztecs ran into 2 barbarian camps before finding my first goody hut, civ, or city state. I built scout->slinger and thought I might take out a camp, but my warrior(the special one) met two warriors on his way over and had to retreat with the slinger backing him up he got to the camp and the spearman there stepped out to make room for a *third* warrior. Managed to just take them out, losing my slinger, was regrouping but the second camp was sending horsemen throughout my lands, and my carefully avoidant settler was scooped out of the fog by a barbarian scout where no barbarians were just a few turns before.

I don't mind learning, but I don't even know what I am doing wrong. Playing on warlord, not even prince.

Also, the young lady is correct; MM does play a role over time, although it can be frustrating.

In the gameplay we can see the Orks get Gorkanauts, Admech get knights and Necrons get Monoliths. Not sure what SM are getting.

Anima tree usage. Prosthetics in exchange for bodies and/or ritual sacrifice at the tree. Would make little difference but now it would be actually obvious why that damned shiny twig keeps following us around. Maybe wait for VFE Psycast Animat to complement it. O! And neolithic magical shiny exos! Because why not)

I understand that the idea is to appeal to majority of people. So the change made sense when they introduced it. But I do prefer the previous artstyle (and the purple prince). It had a identity, unique art direction. In the new dev video, I don't like how it make them sound like they give up, cause "hearing the community" shouldn't be "abandonning our identity to please". And you cannot please everyone anyway.

Now not saying the new one is bad, it's not, it's very clean and appealling (though I would say a bit less readable). The change of color palette kinda go hands in hands with the new artstyle, even something as simple as changing the prince color effectively change what you put in the background and environment. And so little by little, it becomes brown and less saturated.

That being said, I still like it. Just like it a bit less.

Can we get an option to pick up on our last stage if we recover from a game crash at least... just did a run like 10 times and as i finally get a good run and was about to complete it on wave 18 i crashed.... like really bruh...
