Game Bundles BEWARE, may not get a refund (I didn't)!
So I requested a refund on games I bought in a bundle (specifically the Arma X collection)
The only game in the bundle I played more than 2 hours was Arma2:OperationArrowhead
The rest of the bundle has gone untouched mostly, I tried to install a few and they didn't work..
I played a few others, far less than 2 hours, and really did not enjoy them.
I sent a refund ticket and it was denied, cause appearantly being I played the game more than 2 hours!?
(Almost) All the the games in the bundle are available separately. I didn't want to refund A2:OA, I wanted to refund the other games in the bundle.
There is one gotchya on my ticket, though, and that is the bundle was bought roughly 22 days ago. I am hoping somebody would be lenient since the system just rolled out?

So do I have a right to request another refund? What should I do?

Nothing you can do. It is in the Refund Policy. Unless purchased seperately, a bundle is treated as the same game. Even if you put 30 minutes on 4 games from a bundle, it counts as 2 hours.

Refunds on Bundles
You can receive a full refund for any bundle purchased on the Steam Store, so long as none of the items in the bundle have been transferred, and if the combined usage time for all items in the bundle is less than two hours. If a bundle includes an in-game item or DLC that is not refundable, Steam will tell you if the whole bundle is refundable during check-out.

Hopefully in the future, they can make this possible, thanks.
Or just don't buy bundle if you want only one game from it.

It makes sense to me to deny it. When you buy a bundle you're not paying the individual retail price for each game (some have a substantial reduced price), as such, there's nothing in place to quantify the value of an individual title in said bundle. You obviously wouldn't get a refund for the retail price for each game, since that's not what you paid and dividing the # of games into the bundle price wouldn't make sense either.

That would be like buying a 2 pack of cereal, eating one box then demanding a refund on the other one.

This one doesn't make sense IMO. You buy multiple games in a bundle, why should the demo priviledge suffer? Maybe after the trial period, you realize you could have saved money by buying fewer individual titles instead.

A bundle is a single purchase. You can't split, merge or divide its contents. It makes sense working as a single unit refund-wise too.

Notice Origin has had the same clause for their bundles too ever since they implemented refunds.

Yes I agree with that part of the policy, but the accumulated play time between titles in a bundle poses a slight disadvantage to demoing and testing. Valve, you really should rethink this one, some bundles are massive, 2 hours only is not enough.

To be honest i think the "hour play time" is a little unfair because really who is going to know they don't like a game with just an hours play ? I have made a request for medievil engineers and space engineers but now reading your post i probably won't get it as i have played 29 mins on one and 2 hours on the other. The reason i played 2 hours on space engineers is i had the game running but was constantly watching youtube videos to see actually how to use the damn thing ! I won't go into specifics, only to say the control is terrible and building awkward.(Thats my personally opinion) im sure plenty of people enjoy it.I did not.

If none of the items work on your machine or none of them is to your liking, you should do a better job reading up what you buy. One or two items can easily be made up by the bundle price for huge bundles.
Refund are not meant to replace demos.

Yeah but some games can be completely finished in under an hour.
If you end up not refunding SE, send me a friend request and I can show you a brief tutorial. :D

@ Game Over, Man i got a refund (thank you valve) and i agree with you, some games are quick to finish but most decent games will take you more than a few hours to complete or in my case a week or so (i don't like to rush a really good game). Btw thanks for the offer but luckily not needed. :)

Refunding Early Access games should be next on Valve's list

because making actual research before buying things is too much of a hassle, right?
