Can't register a STEAM account

Knocks out the error "Turn off the VPNs or proxies in use and try again." I have already tried other browsers, everything just does not work out on the phone and on the laptop. Disconnected proxy and VPN (I did not use VPN at all). And what you write on there are many answers, find me at least one working. This mistake cannot be resolved in 2020, what the hell

how do you connect to the internet at all?

cell phone providers and other radio-based service providers usually do not give you a "personal" IP when you connect to the internet but shove you in a relay proxy together with other customers and you can not really disable that.

Phone internet dont use ip.
