Knocks out the error "Turn off the VPNs or proxies in use and try again." I have already tried other browsers, everything just does not work out on the phone and on the laptop. cell phone providers and other radio-based service providers usually do not give you a "personal" IP when you connect to the internet but shove you in a relay proxy together with other customers and you can not really disable that.

Phone internet dont use ip.
