I need DE support for manual code verification!
Is there any possibility of contacting Steam support through my outlook email?

My problem is that I am logged into a Steam client and I have access to my account, but the problem is that I can not access a Steam account through a browser because it's looking for a security code that I can never get on my outlook account that's connected to steam and verified .

I note that Steam's addresses "support@steampowered.com" "noreply@steampowered.com" are on a trusted list of exceptions and that does not present my problem.

I would like to know if it's a problem with Steam and has it been possible to get code manually via my email address verified on my account?

For the credibility of my account information, I have all the screenshots that can confirm that I am the only user of the account and that I still have access to the account via the client, but I do not have access through the browser.

I would like someone to contact me directly through the client, I opened this discussion and I also write through the client because I can not access my account through the browser.

My problem arose when I deleted the cookies on the browser, but I did not do this on my client.

Thanks in advance. :steamsad:

Support does not contact people, nor do they respond in the forums.

While not logged in, go to: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLogin and follow the instructions.

you can access Steam support also within the client and it will use your login session.

help -> support.

dunno why someone would recommend to create a new account or going through the steps for account recovery when you clearly have access to your account.

what i can recommend is, change email provider, outlook is garbage.

I was try that before, and believe me, Steam have sucks support system, and like I was mentioned before, I cannot LOGIN via web browser to my account that they can help me.

1st thing: They cannot delivered through their system security codes to their customers, email services like outlook, gmail, yandex....etc doesnt have any problems from their sides, I was ask many of them about their services why they cannot get emails from Steam and they told me that is the problem with steam system, not with them.
2th thing: They also have sucks mobile security system, customers need to download some app that they can got through them security codes, and many ppl have problem with both steam options.
I wondering why and why steam cannot just make sample mobile system verification and security codes delivering directly through peoples mobile devices around the world. That system have Microsoft, for example if someone compromise your account u can get through mobile phone infos for recovering account, immediately they sending u security codes for any kind of verifications u need.
After all in whole conclusion: If Steam system mess up and dont deliver you security codes through their system to your email service or your mobile phone, you can lose your account or never ever get access to account just becouse their fault, not the fault of customers.
