My guess is that they'll be up by June 12-15 if steam sale starts by June 22.

It's not likely to be the 22. Valve likes to start and end these major sales on mondays so it'd either be the 18th or the 25th

Pretty sure they normally start on a Thursday. At least the last 2 summer ones have

Big sales always start at the beginning of a Steam weekend. Which is Thursday.

If they don't make trading cards, with which they can replace the cards in the craft of badges? It's only the second steam sale i get. Hope it's not with the usual discount coupons, I don't craft anything out of sales because of them, this coupons are uselles to people like me, who don't wanna randon games.
