Can you load from a PRIOR save? I mean, Bethesda games *break saves* all the time, to the point that "it's not a Bethesda game if there's not a corrupted save".
This is quite a Game to mod, for your first steps
First advice from me would be - Start low and slow!
First install a propper Mod Manager, for a 32bit Game, ill advise a 32bit Program like FOMM

Then fix the known bugs and .ini settings by working down each step that fits your Hard and Software of this Troubleshooting Guide!

There are several links to usefull side infos and Tutorials, so take your time and figure out what your Game needs to be done with.
ALL that is only with the basic Game and DLC's and befor you install Mods!!
Then you Start Installing one/1/uno Mod a time and check if it loads and if you have issues - walk through Doors, or out into the Desert, shoot some guns and so - Testing if it bugs you. Also time intensive but worth it, in the end.
Once you have some Mods running there is another Problem, you cant delete Mods without bugging your Safe, so ALWAYS Start a New Game, for testing i use a clean unmodded safe after leaving Doc's House!
Hope youll get this running and have fun, Fallout and TES have wonderfull Mods, just dont take to much at once.
Did you follow the performance guide?
Some things like 4gb patch and NVSE are essential befor installing Mods, you didnt mention these things.
Also i dont know the "Darkness Mod", so i cant say if it requires anything.
This could have several causes!
First is a old Game Engine, last update 2010, that has some kind of Memory leaking Texture Stream. Also an issue with Win 10 could cause that a vanilla Game CTD's.
The Autosave Feature is also a Reason for corrupted Saves, so turn off that - Always!! Once your Save is damaged it will be in the next too. Another trick for "clean Save" is - use a new Save, DONT overwrite. you have 999 Saves! And you can backup them on MemStick.
Even if you dont want to install Mods, the basic of the Stability Guides are usefull.
Try to improve the Game by fixing "known Bugs" with FOMM, 4gb patch, Nvse and YUP!

Also have a look at the Troubleshooting Guide cause we all have different Hard and Software.

Sry to dissapoint you but a unmodded (vanilla) Fallout is NOT bugfixed, just as Skyrim you have to work on it first
