If the refund request has not been accepted yet, yes. Go to the Support page , select the game and choose " Cancel Refund Request" at the top.

If the request has already been granted and the money is pending then no, you have to wait till the money is back and buy it again.

Darn it. Thanks for the answer!

One small correction, you CAN buy the game again right now if you want, you just cant use the refunded funds till they arrive.

Additionally, when buying the game again, you must pay the current price.

I'm glad you think so. You'd be surprised the kind of things that people can expect.

It may be obvious for you, but you may also be surprised to see the questions that others will ask in these situations, specifically for example, will I get the purchased price back in refund or the current price.

EDIT..Ninja'd

I remember one guy who had the expectation that he could still play the game after refunding it since it was still downloaded on his system. We had to explain that no, it doesn't work like that.

My comment was nothing against you. I'm glad you thought what I said was obvious. But we see all sorts of unusual expectations around these forums, and some of us got in the habit of just sort of stating the obvious because sometimes it needs stated.

Yeah no worries, i mean years later and people still make spam threads for the badge... :kindofgood:
If you are on steam long enough, you see stuff where you think "y tho"

No, sorry, as there seems to be some confusion. I was replying to the OP about his/her comment that what you said was obvious. I was agreeing that there are strange questions regarding the money and playing the game after the refund, as you exampled.

Sorry for my part in any confusion. Thanks.

refund to wallet are within 7 days, you should see a more precise but still estimated time left when you click on the pending money.

refunds to external payment methods can take longer but should usually not take longer then 14 days.

3 sales upcoming, save your bucks.

You're right, there was some confusion. I was directing that entire paragraph at OP, not you. Only the part that directly followed the quote was directed towards you, and even then just loosely in the sense that "this story is related to what you just said".

Does the game you want to refund meet all the requirements?
Purchased on Steam, not played for more then 2 hours, purchase no longer ago then 14 days?

If so you should be able to just go to the Support page, select "Purchases", then the game and "i want to ask for a refund".

Yeah it does it's doom eternal got it yesterday made a ticket a few times like 4 times because it didn't show up on my email and when I look on my steam app on my phone it won't show the cancel request for the refund but there is a ticket for the refund on my emails now it does fall under all the requirements for a refund. But im afraid they might be ignoring my refund request because of hom many times I've asked for it.
