They would HAVE to have evidence you were party, or they would face legal action. Very straighforward.
I'm sure the update is due the fact that BL2 is now available for SteamOS.
It is also helpful to know your countries stand point towards EULAs and having to accept them after the purchase was made - in some EU states they are void and null.
What did you expect? Proprietary = you lose, always.
this XD
remember back in the days... when we just bught a game to simply play it, and did not have to fully offer our private lifes completely to a specific company doing gameindustry... :/
Industry can never own the net! its ours! ;)
malicious things are done all arround the game.
some call it *modding*... others name it *cheat*.
players either live with it or cancel the game.
as to the EULA: i will simply go to delete local files of the game. really dont need another datamining piece of soft.
equals to the Pre-Sequel-Borderlands.
same shhh, new dress, low-grav. wow. awesome. :/
no thx!
Back before the EULA popped up, there was a basic system of "If you play this game, youve already agreed to our EULA". This would usually pop up for a few seconds on startup. The newer games generally give you a button to click so people can read at their own pace.
