the other fun thing, ~260 of them were released with my help
You can always block "adult content" games....
Every perspm should be able to enjoy games they like most.
Irony is Germany wants to "regulate those sort of games" but they have some of biggest porn movies stock on net......
A country which is famous for it's blue movies censors games with a bit a nudely in them.
People enjoy visual novels, I just finished Digimon Survive recently myself.
Not sure why you would assume an example has to be adult content. People enjoy adult stories as well. It's almost as if people have different tastes and enjoy different things. Just because some people don't like visual novels doesn't mean others don't enjoy it.
Except that's not what's happening.
Steam unilaterally removed the possibility for us to buy those games because their age check doesn't fit our youth protection and has been unwilling to resolve the issue ever since.
You are perfectly fine to sell and play A LOT of games that would not sell in the US. One famous case was even the game "Singles" which received a 16+ by the USK and an Ao by the ESRB.
You are just not allowed to market them or have them freely available to minors.
thanks for being awesome again.
