Capsul hangar bugs out

i have one hangar where a builder capsule was stationed, after teh hangar got damaged (not destroyed) the capsule wasnt asigned to it anymore, but i coudened reasign it, nor coud i buy a new capsule in that hangar, at the first time after some (RL hours longer) gametime i coud reasign the capsule again. now, a little later the capsule again dont sits in the hangar and again isnt asigned, and again i cant build a new capsule in that hangar....
