If you're willing to install my mod, it generates a number of diagnostic logs. I would be happy to look at those logs for you and identify third-party software or parts of your graphics driver that you may not be aware are active.

The logs that would be helpful are logs/d3d11.log and logs/modules.log.

In the worst case, the mod can also be used to completely force any resolution on the game whether it wants to cooperate or not :P
How do I get the diagnostic log? You just need a picture of it?
