Local/Couch CO-OP
Is there Couch/Local co-op in the game or only online?
For those that don't know, I mean playing with 2+ people on one PC and one screen.

Online only, so far as I know.

As full of chaos as the screen can get during the assault waves, I don't think split-screen would work too well anyhow- not enough screen real estate for two players' HUD's to fit AND be big enough to read.

Riftbreaker does not support couch co-op atm.

I believe I read that they aren't planning it either, because they can't implement it properly from a technical standpoint.
Thanks guys, that seems fair for the game that it is. I just saw co-op and wondered... I only play co-op via local or 'Remote Play Together'.

Pretty sure it does at least have the (usually) standard option of making your game private, so only those you permit can join the game. Still means needing a second rig, and a copy of the game for each of you, but if you're in the same room it's basically the same as local.

Yeah I was really looking to play co-op on one PC with a buddy IRL.

I mean dedicated couch coop players have setups where that simply doesn't factor in.
5120x1440 double wide displays just work.
