it really depends on what you actually like about two worlds 2, but depending on my taste (i love good character progression model):
gothic 3 updated with quest pack and content mod, Elex, Dragons dogma dark arisen, risen, witcher one (liked that one especially) two and three, overlord 2, dark souls series, mount and blade, spore, terraria, dungeon defenders.
and maybe more. just note im not saying these games are similar to two worlds 2.
however i like them for the same reasons i like two worlds 2
skyrim is cool but for me it feels different, and i liked it more for its lore, quests and overall feel rather than character progression and game mechanics.

divinity2 is nice as well, but i quess its also more likeable for its story and lore rather than game mechanics,

I think TW2 hits pretty well the balance between story and exploring/fighting. It has a kind of console feeling depending on the special graphics.
There no other game like this. The nearest pendant is Vendetta - Raven's Cry as therer are similar elements.

Pretty much every game listed in this thread is single player :/ What I like about Two Worlds II is the party up multiplayer mode. I've always wanted to play an RPG multiplayer but I loathe MMOs. I've really tried to get into MMOs but every single one I've tried has been lacking in both game mechanics and story. Vindictus is the closest thing to a decent MMO I've seen when it comes to the combat system but fails to check some other boxes... Anyway, I digress. The point is there is a serious lack of (proper) RPGs out there that you can play with friends.. Two Worlds II was good for that but now it's old and the servers are dead.

complately agree, Two Worlds II shines with MP because non-of RPG games even now(Withcer3,Skyrim) has no co-op.But if you dont want co-op game there is a tons of RPG with similar eachother.But if you want co-op.Even today there is a few

Even still you can't play the campaign co-op in Two Worlds II... but it's better than nothing. I think Hunted: The Demon's Forge had a similar mode. Actually, there's my suggestion for a similar game. It even shares the same year of release:

Actually, the reviews are saying co-op is crippled. The console versions had couch co-op but the dev's cbf working out shared-screen features for PC so they removed local coop all together... Not sure how they didn't realise that would have a negative impact on sales.

Divinity Original Sin (1 and 2) are not like Two Worlds II. They are turn-based. Two Worlds II is an action RPG, you depend on your reflexes to win the fights.

Bound By Flame is slow, boring. And it has much better graphics.
I'd say the two closest to Two Worlds 2 would be the already mentioned Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and Risen 3.
