Reprogram is amazing with Unceasing Top and quite good with All for One + Hologram (discard 0-cost cards and All for One, then draw All for One with Hologram--it can get first turn boss kills with a Turbo+ in there).
Even in general it's fairly good if you have any significant number of cards in your deck that you don't want to draw, whether they are things like voids and burns or just strikes, defends and curses. Sifting out bad cards can be as useful as drawing. If you have a lot of draw in your deck, it's a great pickup.
Or are you saying Sneaky Strike or Reflex is a trash card? Sneaky Strike is pretty bad without something to reduce the play cost or Necronomicon, yeah, and Reflex is even worse unless your deck is pretty heavy on the discards.
You go ahead and keep having fun with it, but do me a favor and keep track of when having one less card in your hand bites you in the âss more than improving your upcoming draws helps.
Same issue with turbo: i saw many positive opinions in that card and i saw many videos in which they are happy to pick even 2 and than excuse the card because they didn't draw well... It's really bad 95% of the times imho
