Keyboard shortcuts - card selected, now what?
Patch 20 introduced quick card select, which lets me use the keyboard to bring a card up from the hand and into the centre. But once selected, I can't see a shortcut to *play* that card, or (when it's an attack) select a target, so I still have to move back to the mouse to continue. Are there some other key bindings that aren't being shown on screen?

Also curious about this. New to the game a day ago. The only shortcuts I have noticed are numbers that select cards in hand, your draw pile, your discard pile, and end turn. It's cool if that's all that's available, I just want to be sure I'm not missing something. Thanks!

Currently you still need to click the mouse to target/play cards. Full playability with keyboard is on the dev todo list.

Any chance you can implement targeting shortcuts soon?

I play with an XBox One controller and currently have X, Y, and B mapped to "click, then move cursor to a particular coordinate." These coordinates are calibrated to the positions of the 3 sentries.

Unfortunately, multi-enemy placements are different for different fights, so the mapping isn't perfect.

If we had keyboard shortcuts for enemies, then controller configuration would be much easier.

@Developer: Please continue this:
1. select a card by number,
2. if the card must have a traget, the card automatically target the 1st possible target (from left to right), otherwise you can release/activate the card pressing ENTER (default)
3. switching between possible targets with TAB (tefault)

+1 I'd love to be able to play completely with keyboard (and maybe implementing this would make it easier to play with gamepad?)

BUMP! I used to play at work (I help programmers debug software in exchange for money). My job involves a lot of 1 minute downtimes as people fumble around opening/finding files or lines of code, so Slay the Spire is a perfect distraction. Nobody can physically see me working, but I'm on audio constantly. Yesterday I got called out by a client: "that's a lot of mouse clicking... are you playing a video game?". I'm looking into silent mice (pfft like i'm gonna stop), but keyboard commands would be better anyway. :steamhappy:

Would also be super interested in full keyboard control (ideally with just the keypad side of the keyboard). It feels like it should be pretty easy to get everything you need into that keyset and would make for a much smoother playing experience (for me at least).

Any chance of an update on when this might happen? :)

I'd like to resurrect this thread to also ask for keyboard accessibility. I love the game but all the dragging motions are giving me RSI.

Hi @ilikeshiny - adding my +1

Would love if the game were fully keyboard accessible.

Do you have an ETA on that?
