Bring a body slam or juggernaut next time, or a steroid + ancient potion with a couple cards that scale well with strength if you somehow found no scaling damage at all.
How did your deck work to reduce 27 cards down to 5? Fiend Fires?
And it just occurred to me it worked out without corruption.
I think it's 5th attack that kills you so you have 9 turns to kill it.
9 turns is easy enough. Turns 8 and 9 will only be 15x6 damage and 49 damage in some order, with 1 extra Beat of Death (assuming ascension 4+). Turn 11 or 12 has 15x8 with Painful Stabs added. Turn 14 or 15 has 15 x 20 -- still doable, but scary. Turn 17 or 18 is the absolute limit without intangibility or some other extreme factor, as that's when you face 72x15.
Honestly, I never seem to reach these attacks. My decks have either killed the heart or died by then.
I had NO body slam. It was essentially all reflected damage.
During his turn.
On his 8th attack (he was on his 968 to 1089 attack damage).
That was a close one.
