Super confused about how Perfected Strike works.

So the text on the card says that it receives +2 (+3 upgraded) damage for every card with strike. In my experience though the amount it gets is really random. Without buffs or the amount of strike cards I have (or perfected strike), I've seen the amount of damage it does range from 18 to 30. Again with no change in the amount of strike cards I have. Am I just dumb or is this card bugged?

When you are weakened, you do 25% less damage. When enemies are vulnerable, they take 50% more damage. You sure neither of these were in play?

Did you have Pommel Strike, Twin Strike, or Wild Strike in your deck? Those also count as Strikes for Perfected Strike's effect.

no, neither me or the enemies had buffs or debuffs.

I think that was it, I know I had both pummel and twin strike. For some reason I just assumed only the strike cards counted, thanks!
