I personally don't think its too fast for the average person, everyone can learn drawing this fast within 10-15 minutes. I guarantee.

If the guns in this game don't have a sling is a factor, then it'd be illogical already for the shooter in the game to hold the pistol with two hands, moving, and still being able to switch back to his rifle.

^ Exactly this. People assume drawing with full combat gear in a combat situation will be as fast as light clothes at the range. From someone who works in that situation, this is NOT the case
