I only suggest Special K (FAR) if you have a weaker GPU that can't handle the in-game Global Illumination on Low. Special K can lower it further.
Some vanilla textures of unimportant objects like crates are very low res but just pretend it's a problem with your android eyes :P
FAR used to be able to fix those things, but you're stuck with the reduced quality versions now that the Steam version of the game is the same as Microsoft store.
Really the only thing FAR's good for now is turning off the game's fake HDR, allowing you to select even lower settings than the game offers if you're struggling to run the game, and I guess texture mods.
It also lets you play the game at 120 FPS, but judging by the tone of this thread, I don't think anyone here cares about that :)
