Can't find "artifact delivery" mission

Hey Guys,

Finished the game in a previous patch, so no need to hide spoilers. But now I got a little problem.

I've already traveled around 100 sectors (in search for the quest), no bulletin board so far have given me the quest for the artifact delivery.

Can someone give me distance range from the core where I can get this quest in the current game state?
