Need a Station that Requies/Consumes Laser Modulators

We Need a Station that Requies/Consumes Laser Modulators.

At the moment, Laser Modulators are hard to come by, so the choice is either to build a Factory, or buy ‘em from a Turret Factory at inflated prices.

Also need stations for Acron Drug (unproducable at this time too), Energy Inverter, Jewelry, Morn Drug, Protein, and Toxic Waste as well I believe.

I'm confused, you want a station that requires/consumes laser modulators because laser modulators are hard to come by?

I imagine it's because building your own factory to get your hands on enough to make turrets and then having nowhere to sell the extras isn't a bullet he wants to eat.
