Report a translation problem
Just a thought... I know a lot of ships on the workshop use the "framework" blocks as a placeholder so you can add the parts you want in that place. Try using the visibility (eye icon) tool in build mode and filtering for framework blocks. If there are a bunch of them throughout the inside of the ship just select the type of block you want to replace it with and then hold ALT and click on it to transform that framework into the block you picked.
