Alliance ships and its disadvantages

First what i found is, with an Allianc-Ship you cant become (gather?!) achievements
i played it some time before an have nearly all, now i play on MP and fly a alliance ship, a friend become the achievements, he is in the alliance but fly his own ship (not alliance ship), kill 15 enemy bases, me not, and im sure that i killed more then 15

second what i noticed is , a alliance ship dont can pick up stolen cargo stuff instantly, you must wait a couple off minutes
normal player ship pick up stolen stuff instantly

third and last, when you fly a alliance ship in a fraction where is your alliance reputation good (or better) its all ok, but when you fly a alliance ship and you personal reputation is bad or hatefull, all the time it will spawns hyper-space-blocker, but there are friendly because you fly a alliance ship
