Take the package to sector (${x}:${y})

I was following the “Familty” quest in the DLC. I picked up the package, and the quest has an error in the next step. Instead of a sector, I get an expression, and “show location” for the quest doesn’t work.

Same here. Already posted this issue in this forum on November 2nd and everything I tried didn't help.

I tried:

1. Jumping to the meeting point and picking up the package, jumping into an empty sector and checking the mission briefing. No coordinates.
2. Picking up the package, closing the game, restarted and jumped into an empty sector again. No Coordinates.
3. Got Izzy's message, jumped into an empty sector, then to the meeting point, got the package, jumped into an empty sector, jumped again -> no coordinates.

So...

I finally managed to get past this.

I abandoned the mission, and moments later it re-started with the same email from Izzy. Same problem, no coordinates. I jettisoned the packages from the earlier versions, and abandoned the mission again. This time, after picking up the package, I got valid coordinates.

I tried dumpling the package and abandoned the mission. Get it again still no coordinate. I hope they fix this soon!

I had to abandon it twice before I got a coordinate.

Two days ago it was still buggy for me (dumped it twice, still no coordinates at the third try). Didn't tested it since then and I'm just waiting for a fix for it.

if I had to guess, it's generating coords inside space/time tears. Hopefully they can add in some occlusion to the quest generation methods.

5 attempts for me so far, each time dumping cargo, and abandoning mission, still no valid coords xD

After installing the latest patch it's now working for me.
