Laptop - Warning for onboard GPU, when second GPU exists [Low priority]
I have an MSI laptop that has an onboard intel GPU, as well as a dedicated NVIDIA GPU. To manage power, Windows runs using the intel GPU, and games run on the NVIDIA card. When launching the game, it keeps throwing up a warning about the low capabilities of the intel GPU, even though it won't be used once the game actually launches.

The problem here is, that games using OpenGL are not recognized as needing the dedicated GPU. You have to manually set the graphic card in the Nvidia control panel.

I do have to say ; i've had the black brick shielded ships and once i've manually set my graphic card to my NVIDIA card this problem was solved and i can finally see shields properly. ^^

Go into your NVIDIA control panel and change the 3D-configurations. Then click on the second tab, program configurations, and click on the 'add' button (it's not in the list yet); look for avorion and make sure it's using your Nvidia GPU, not the integrated one - which it will tell you it's using.

Good call, I set it manually, and the warning is not showing. Graphics perforamnce was already pretty good actually, I'm looking forward to it being even more improved now!

Great improvement on my MSI by doing that.
